Okay, I bet a lot of people already know about these cookies, but they are SO easy to make and SO yummy. I got this from Shanell who got it from Weight Watchers.1 Spice Cake mix
1 15 oz can pumpkin
1 C chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375*. Mix ingredients together and drop by teaspoonfulls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. WAH-LA!
I totally wanted to make these the other day and I could not find a spice cake mix anywhere at walmart. I was so disappointed. They look SO yummy!

I couldn't find spice cake mix at walmart either, so I used carrot cake mix. we made them with my activity days girls and it turned out good! So either spice cake or carrot cake works :)

ReplyDeleteI did just exactly as the recipe above said, cake mix, pumpkin and chocolate chips. 11 minutes later they looked like they hadn't cooked at all. All spiky and uneven. So, I added 1egg and about 1T oil To the remaining batter and they cooked for 9 minutes THEN turned out really good
