Coffee Cake

2 c. bisquick
2\3 c. milk or water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
Mix and pour in pie plate.
Topping:
1\3 c. bisquick
1\3 c. brown sugar
1\2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. margarine ( do not melt cut in )
( I usually double my topping I like a lot)
Mix until crumbly sprinkle on top and bake at 375 for 18-20 min
