Marinade



1/2 c. Soy Sauce
1/2 c. Water
2 Tb. Lemon juice
1 Tb. Brown Sugar
2 Tb. Oil
1/4 tsp. Hot pepper sauce
1 clove Garlic
1/4 tsp. Ground black pepper

Mix Well.
Marinade meat at least 1 hour. Best if over night.
For beef, chicken and wonderful for Shisk-Kabobs
